I can’t say for sure, but the problem might actually be with the file paths. Could you recreate the error on a single image or video and post its path here?

It seems as though the presence of a comma in the selected folder name causes the crash. selecting H:\Week 1\A_M32 1,581 causes crash, H:\Week 1\A_M32 1581 does not.
Yes, that sounds like a plausible reason. Did AddaxAI not warn you for the comma in the file path when you analysed it during step 1?
No, there was no warning as there is for special characters in file names
OK, then I think there is something wrong during the filepath checking, because it should warn you about any comma’s in the file paths.
I dont think it would be worthwhile to debug now, as there will be a major release coming soon and this version will be depreciated then anyway, but its good for me to know there might be something going on there.
